Questions we should be asking ourselves.
Could it be that the mystery of the timing of the Rapture could be revealed in the timing of the Feasts of Israel and the Harvest of their barley crop?
The barley harvest, just as the wheat harvest, is divided into two time periods: the earliest ripened fruit called: First Fruits and then later the Full Harvest. When the Bible talks about wheat, it is always a symbol of the Nation of Israel, but this mystery is revealed in the harvest of the barley.
A quick breakdown.
- When the Bible talks about barley, it is always a symbol of Gentiles. Do you know what you are? If you are not Jewish, then you are a Gentile.
- That is who will be raptured, the Bride of Christ are ALL Gentiles, not a Jew in the bunch.
- The barley harvest has a First Fruits harvest every year in Israel and this year it lands on April 9th 2023.
- The First Fruits are the choice, most perfect barley that ripens first. This is picked and taken to the priest where the barley is placed on a large leaf or sheaf, raises it in the air waving it back and forth; thus a wave offering, and offers it to God as a Holy offering. This offering not only perfect it is the guarantee that a greater harvest or the Full Harvest to come.
- The mystery of the Rapture of the Bride of Christ is this offering where the Bride of Christ (First Fruits barley) is “lifted up” as a type of guarantee of the greater harvest to come! This year that lands on April 9th 2023.
