Jesus Followers – Navigating the Year 2024

God has given you something that is uniquely yours;
like a fingerprint that no one else has or a snowflake where each is an
original. You have a personal journey and even though millions have followed a similar path, there was an event along the way that only belongs to you.

It is called your testimony.

God gave you a personal testimony. Doesn’t matter if people don’t believe you or if they question it; your testimony can’t be taken from you, it is yours! Maybe it was gradual over several years or maybe it was quick and dramatic with accompanying miracles. But your testimony is when you know that you know; Jesus saved you from your sins, guaranteed you eternal life with Him and you declared Him: Savior, Lord and King of your life.

MAY I ASK A BIG FAVOR?

As a minister of the good news of Christ may I ask you to give your testimony away? You may have never done this before and it may be a little scary but I am praying for you right now that God would give you the strength to write down your testimony and share it.

ANNOUNCEMENT

Hi friends, my name is NAME and I wanted to tell you that Jesus saved me in DATE. 

Again, I am praying for you to have the strength – I know it will encourage many.

Thomas Spencer here and this is my testimony of what Jesus did for me. 2024

I was always a pretty happy boy even though by the age of six I watched my mother grieve for her baby girl that died at one-week, witnessed my dog get run over by a car, went to three open casket funerals, and was sexually abused multiple times by my dad’s half-brother; my babysitter.

At age nine while playing by myself in my backyard I asked God if He was really real…a Kansas sunbeam pierced through the clouds and landed right next to me. I knew God was real at that very moment.

At age twelve I smoked some kind of drugs and felt like I had a near death experience. For hours I was out of my mind, until finally I cried out to God: “If you will bring me down, I will serve YOU the rest of my life!” In seconds I came crashing to the ground as I was flat on my bedroom floor.

At age 15 I got into some trouble with the law. At the same time a classmate had been talking to me about a person named Jesus. The week of going to court for my illegal actions, I finally told my classmate I would go if he promised never to bug me about this Jesus again.

At the end of the preacher’s talk he asked if there was anyone who had not accepted Jesus as their Savior to come forward and he would pray for them. I walked forward knelt at a wooden bench and asked out loud for Jesus to save me from all of my bad decisions called sin and be my Savior.

I am 66 years old now and my life with Jesus has only gotten better over time.

Today may I encourage you to consider Jesus?!

If you are reading this and I am missing; as in disappeared, I am with Jesus right now but evidently you are still on earth. With the greatest of love, I have left you this book to help you understand and guide you through these next few years. I have prayed for you, that Father God would give you strength to yield to Jesus and proclaim Him your personal: Savior, Lord and King, just as this book instructs.
