Raptures, First Fruit Harvest – Full Harvest & Bride of Christ!

Chapter Two will be an interlude in three parts; as we are at the raptures of the Gentiles! This is Chapter Two Part (B) First Fruit Harvest

In Chapter One on the outline we highlighted the Gentiles in green on the bottom from left to right and the curving up to the first rapture of the Gentiles in Heaven as “The Bride of Christ”. Next you see an arrow highlighted in red pointing to the Anti-Christ then we pick up the green highlighted Gentile line once again curving upward to Heaven as a second rapture of the Gentiles that were “Left Behind”, this is Mid-Tribulation if you will. Again, we could stop here and skip the next Seven Years of Tribulation because those of us that are of  the overcoming body of Jesus (Revelation 2-3) and the Bride of Christ (Revelation 4) or The Last Gentile Brothers; The Martyrs under the alter (Revelation Chapter Seven) have been raptured. We spend the rest of our time at the Wedding Feast above while judgement of Tribulation is taking place on the earth below. 

I will continue the second half of the Timeline in Chapter Three but in this chapter I want you to have a grasp on who you are and what to expect in the very near future concerning these two Gentile Raptures.

I will continue the second half of the Timeline in Chapter Three but in this chapter I want you to have a grasp on who you are, and what to expect in the very near future. You just had the basic teaching on the two Gentile raptures where we answered the question: why two raptures.  Mainly because so many will miss the first one, secondly God takes no desire in the death of the wicked (Ezekiel 33:11). But there is a Bible pattern using God’s calendar which defines “appointed times” with the harvest seasons of Israel; First Fruit Harvest and the Full Harvest.

Today let’s cover the order of the raptures with:

Israel’s First Fruit and Full Fruit Harvests.

BASIC FIRST FRUIT TEACHING

1 – Israel’s First Fruit Harvest – and First Rapture (Revelation Chapter four)

In Israel, when the first of the planted barley begins to ripen, the farmer will meticulously search through the crop to find the choice barley to harvest, only enough to place on a sheaf (large leaf). Then the farmer takes this first fruit to the priest where the priest raises the sheaf of First Fruit Harvest up into the air and waves it back and forth (wave offering) and prays a blessing for the promised Full Harvest which is to come later. This is the promise of the Full Harvest to come.

Can you make the connection?

This day will come like a thief in the night; the thief does not steal everything in the house, only the most precious and valuable (this is the choicest barley). This is the “First Fruit” wave offering in the air which represents the catching up to heaven of the saved and overcoming body of Christ and the Bride!

2 – Israel’s Full Harvest – and Second Rapture (Revelation 6:9-11 and 7:9-17)

Like any harvest, when all of the rest of the fruit ripens, it is harvested. This is not difficult; this is the Full Harvest that was promised after the First Fruit Harvest. If the First Fruit Harvest is small then the promised Full Harvest will be amazingly larger. “…a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues …” (Revelation 7:9)

3 – First two Raptures will be Gentiles not Jews

How do we know that these first two raptures will be Gentiles only? Our first text is the Parable of the Laborers in the Vineyard (Matthew 20: 1-16) the picture Jesus gives us will be the real order of the reckoning time, at the close of the day (or in the last day).  This parable was given to show the order in which Israel and the Gentiles will be called when the reckoning time at the end of the age comes.  The pattern throughout scripture up to this parable has ALWAYS been in the mind of God, Israel FIRST in EVERYTHING; so the clue is found when Jesus changes that order: “So the last will be first, and the first last.” (Matthew 20:16).

Our second clue of understanding a Gentile only rapture is in the reality that there are only two types of people in the Bible; Jews and Gentiles which brings us to the same text above, this is the second rapture, not of Jews but still Gentiles, “…a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues …” (Revelation 7:9). All nations cannot be Jews! Now that we understand this, let me show you The Bride.
