Jesus Followers – Navigating the Year 2024
THE FENCE SITTER
…a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways. James 1:7
If you are trying to “please” the world by using worldly things to attract them to God, you have lost your mind, for this is the very definition of a Fence Sitter.
Therefore “Come out from among them And be separate, says the Lord. 2 Corinthians 6:17
Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. James 4:4
“No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon. Matthew 6:24
This lost world is not looking for what they already have, they are looking for solid truth, and they should see it in our daily lives. We should be different.
TESTIMONY
When I got a call from Ascension Via Christi Hospital in Pittsburg Kansas a couple months ago 2024, the person was dying and was not interested in a stage performance, light show and a positive talk. This person was looking for Supernatural, Miracle-Working Power from God! This person was over 70 had taken all of the Covid19 vaccines, had pneumonia, complete sepsis and I personally witnessed huge blood clots falling into his urine bag. I asked the head nurse: “Do you give him a 50/50 chance?” She said: “No, it is time to call in his family.”
These were some very fast steps:
- The man asked me to pray and heal him.
- I asked if he knew who Jesus was.
- He responded in a question: “The Son of God?”
- I then asked if he would like to receive Jesus into his life as Savior, Lord and King.
- He said he didn’t know how.
- I gave simple explanation that we are all born in a kingdom of darkness where Satan is king and with a simple prayer we will denounce Satan and his kingdom, and spiritually enter into God’s Kingdom by proclaiming Jesus as our new Lord and King, this is being born again.
After this amazing change in Kingdoms by confessing Jesus as his Lord, and a short time of worship to God, I began to go after the demonic attacks on his body.
- I told him that I was now going to pray for healing and asked if he would be in agreement, the answer was yes.
- I grabbed his arm and prayed in Jesus’ compassionate and mighty Name.
- Specifically coming against pneumonia, sepsis and blood clots, commanding them to leave.
- Asking Father God to restore all body, mental and emotional functions.
- Thanking Father God for all that He done for this man.
- I told the man that it was done, God had healed him and he believed. I then said I was finished, that I would check back to see his progress.
- Next day sitting up in a chair.
- Two more days off the 5th floor intensive care to the rehab floor.
- Six days later went home feeling and looking better than he did six years earlier.
This is not about me, this is about YOU!
We must leave childish things behind, identify with Jesus and be a POWERFUL LIGHT in this dark world. This is our destiny! God didn’t save us just to showcase us in a pretty building entertaining the congregation. To be a witness in THIS END TIME SEASON we must submit to discipline and discipleship and walk in His Power!
In this hour each of us needs to learn to refresh and strengthen ourselves, we can’t count on anyone else. We have to put in the work and stop being babies being deceived by every wind of doctrines of men. GET SOME DISCIPLINE IN YOUR LIFE! If therefore you are in Christ then walk like it!

- Open your own paper Bible, take a marking pen and underline or highlight the following 15 verses in Ephesians.
- Ask the Holy Spirit what these verses mean specifically for you, nobody else; YOU!
- Memorize the top three verses that really speak to you.
- Share this blog with another Jesus Follower.
A TRIP THROUGH EPHESIANS!
Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, To the saints who are in Ephesus, and faithful in Christ Jesus:
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ,
that in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth—in Him.
that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him,
which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places,
even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved),
and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,
that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.
For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.
But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.
that the Gentiles should be fellow heirs, of the same body, and partakers of His promise in Christ through the gospel,
and to make all see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the ages has been hidden in God who created all things through Jesus Christ;
according to the eternal purpose which He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord,
that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love,
but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ
