TRUTH WAR PART TWO
Understanding Discernment – The spirit of lawlessness is already at work.
As Kingdom People following Jesus, we need to ask these questions.
1. Do you believe that absolute truth exists?
I am talking about a standard of truth that you can put on a balance scale to weigh, measure, test, and prove if something is true or not.
2. Do you think the society and culture you are living in today believes in, or even cares about absolute truth?
In part one, we discovered that as Kingdom People following Jesus; to discern the times and navigate 2022, we find absolute Truth in these three measurable standards:
Jesus (John 14:16)
The Holy Spirit (John 16:17)
The Word of God, The Bible (John 17:17)
We must realize that the dark world culture we live in HAS NO CONCERN FOR THE TRUTH ABOUT ANYTHING! We will live, function, minster, and operate with less drama, heartbreak, and with more productivity if we can REMOVE THE EXPECTATION that non-followers of Jesus are seeking truth. They are not!
In navigating through 2022 consider the trust we have given in the past to the following institutions with little concern, investigation or even thought:
Government System
Military System
Education system
Financial System
Religious System
Medical System
Media News
Then the Lord spoke to Job out of the storm: Brace yourself like a man; I will question you, and you shall answer me. Job 40: 6-7
America as a Nation has drifted from:
· Humility & Holiness of God’s Grace and Mercy to Prideful tolerance of all sin
· Honoring the name of Jesus to denying His name in the public place
· Consulting the Bible to outlawing the very book in public places
· Following The Holy Spirit to consulting “mediums” & evoking the occult
· Celebrating God’s sacred marriage covenant to legalizing base & unnatural practices
· Protecting the unborn to genocide of our children
· Spiritual freedom in Christ to religious & political bondage
· Freeing the slaves to enslaving the free
· Sending Missionaries to other Nations now other countries sending their missionaries to us
· Blessing the children of Israel to turning your back on them and stealing their homeland
The first thing we must understand is that there are only a “handful” of Jesus followers that are really concerned about TRUTH.
The Second thing to understand is for those of us Kingdom People in America, the time has come when our Lord removes His manifested Presence of blessing from a Nation as a whole and is turning to the individual people of that Nation. Therefore, perhaps it is time for our prayers and ministry to turn from the Nation as a whole and focus on the individuals of this nation. It is a time of “gleaning” one here, one there.
