Beginning the Journey

WEEK 4 DAY 2 – Discipleship Course – ENTERING THE KINGDOM OF GOD

Memory Verse:

John 16:24

… Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.

FOLLOW JESUS AS LORD – Your Savior and Lord

Thought #1 – Before Christ, you have always made your own independent decisions based on your own feelings and knowledge. Your purpose was to serve yourself. If we are honest, it has not gone so well. This is the transition from being our own king or god to allowing Jesus to call ALL the shots. This is the time He shows you His purpose for your life!

Thought #2 – You truly may be saved, born again, born of the Spirit but if have not surrendered to the Kingship of Jesus, you are not living in His Kingdom; you are still on your own.

Action – Today is the day to settle the matter of Jesus’ Lordship. He is a good King!

Verse – John 3:3 …  Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” (So when you are born again you CAN SEE Kingdom of God). When you confess Jesus as your Lord and King you have entered The Kingdom of God!

I am a lover of Truth, a born again disciple and Ambassador of Jesus who is: The Son of our Living God, Savior of all mankind, resurrected from the dead, seated at the right hand of God and Head of The Called out ones. I am called to preach the love and acceptance to all mankind and reconcile them to God before the door of Grace and Mercy shuts at the end of this age.
